Reading my blog, you all know that I like to recycle my art. And that's exactly what I did with my she art girls. I took these images--
Plus a couple of new she art "faces"--
And I put them here--
on this mirror! This really is a mirror. I just covered up the mirror part--you wouldn't want to see my reflection when I took this photo--not a pretty sight : )
And since it's a mirror, I want to remind anyone who looks into it--these daily thoughts to remember--
And when I think of it, this was a great piece to make to go with Christy's last lesson. The lesson is all about making it personal by using copies of personal letters, your children's artwork, old ticket stubs, cards you received, etc. So wouldn't this be great as a picture frame with your personal memorabilia on it and then adding a family photo? Or how about copies of brochures, receipts--you know things that you collect on a vacation that you've taken, like for instance --New York City ; )
You get the point--I think that this type of art is great when it's personalized.
And before I leave, I have another giveaway that I want to tell you about. Manon, another extremely talented artist is giving away this beautiful box--
Gorgeous!!
You can go HERE to enter your name, and look around if you've never been to Manon's blog before--you will LOVE!
