One Board Goes a Long Way

And  by  that  I  mean  a  12 x 36   pine  board  that  I  purchased  at  Lowe's  for  about  $9.00  or  so.    I  had  my  husband  cut  it  into  various  house  shapes  so  I  could  make  some  more  houses  like  I  did  HERE  and  HERE

I  call  them  my  whimsy  houses--

......so  not  bad  for  $9.00--I  think  I  got  a  pretty  good  deal!!

Your just have the neatest do-dads to incorporate....not to mention the brilliant inspiration to know just where to put them. These are all so wonderful and I know a bit hit.

Fab and what a great idea. I've got a friend's birthday coming up very soon and something like this would be ideal.

You have created a wonderful little wooden "village". It takes a village...and all for $9 in foundation materials. Fantastic. Happy Hearts are Creative Hearts...

I love these! The detail on them is amazing and they require exploration which I love...treasures and fun bits everywhere. I'd like to live in one of these :) Thanks for the inspiration. I'm off to explore your blog.
